Create your own handcrafted cold process soap loaf in this private, one-on-one workshop. Choose your fragrance, color, and design while learning the cold process method from start to finish. You will make one full loaf, approximately 10 bars. All materials and safety equipment are included. This is a two-part class. After the first soap-making session and the saponification process has taken place, return approximately 48 hours later for the second part of the class to unmold and cut your soap into bars. The finished bars must then cure for a minimum of four weeks before use. After curing, you may pick up your soap from Tyler Trading Company or pay an additional shipping fee to have it mailed to you.
Classes
A private candle-making experience created exclusively for the Cherry Point Spouse Club! Each guest will create their own 8 oz soy wax candle by choosing a fragrance and taking part in the candle-pouring process. Cost is $35 per person. Space is limited to 20 guests, and registration closes September 23, 2026.
Join Tyler Trading Company for a hands-on Homeschool Candle Making Workshop designed for children ages 6 and up. Each child will create their own mason jar candle while exploring the science of wax and fragrance, practicing measurement and math skills, and learning a little candle-making history along the way. Registration and payment are required for each participating child. Limited to 20 children. Parents and guardians may remain during the workshop, with table seating reserved first for participating children.
